갑상선 기능이상과 결절은 흔히 발생하며, 타과 검사 중 우연히 발견되는 경우가 많습니다. 수술을 앞둔 갑상선 질환자의 경우, 전신 마취와 수술 합병증에 대한 위험도 평가를 위해 협진이 자주 이루어집니다. 내분비내과 의사는 이러한 상황에 맞는 적절한 관리 방안을 숙지해야 합니다. 이번 세션에서는 세 분의 교수가 동반 질환이 있는 갑상선 기능이상 환자의 치료와 수술 전 갑상선 질환 평가 및 관리에 대해 강의하며, 협진에 관한 궁금증을 해결해 드릴 예정입니다.
